THE NEEDS OF THE GUEST IN FOCUS

Our experiences are categorised in groups of offerings, each one is based on the guest’s needs and the purpose of the experience. These needs are to See, Discover and Meet. As all the experiences belong to a specific group of offerings, it is easy for the guest to get an overview and make the right selection from Stromma's extensive programme range.

  • SEE the offerings in this group are characterised by the need to get a rapid overview and orientation at a location - this group contains all Stromma's sightseeing tours.
  • DISCOVER is characterised by the need to get to know unique and exciting settings and acquire in-depth knowledge; experiences in this group include guided half and whole day excursions.
  • MEET the need to socialise is central and includes all restaurant cruises and corporate events at our facilities.

Every single guest is equally important for Stromma and our motto is that the last guest of the day should be treated with the same friendliness as the day's first.
