Helsinki Panorama Sightseeing is the popular winter season bus tour showing you the most important sights and giving you an excellent view of Helsinki's past and present with one interesting stop. Similar to the renowned Hop On-Hop Off tour, the Panorama Tour offers an exclusive experience with daily departures from October to April. With multilingual and comprehensive commentary and 1h 45min duration, this tour is a compact way to get to know the capital of Finland.
The tour is operated by a double-decker bus with good views. There's free Wi-Fi and room for your personal luggage in the bus. The tour takes you not only to the classic sights of Helsinki, such as the historical city centre and the Senate Square, City Hall, the Kaivopuisto Park and the Olympic Stadium but also shows you local life outside the city center in Kallio and Hakaniemi districts. About the bus sightseeing tour
The departure point is easy find and it’s indicated with a red Helsinki Excursions sign. A ticket seller will be at your service before the tour starts, however we do recommend getting your ticket online in advance.
- Departure point: Esplanade Park (Fabianinkatu, between Eteläesplanadi and Pohjoisesplanadi)
- Duration: 1 h 45 min
- Ending point: At the Market Square, near the Esplanade Park

Bus stops at one of the top tourist attractions of Helsinki
During the Helsinki Panorama Sightseeing tour the bus stops at one of the main sights in Helsinki for 20 minutes: either at the Temppeliaukio Church (a.k.a. the Church in the Rock), the Sibelius Monument or the Olympic Stadium. Check with the driver where the stop will be on your tour day. The bus waits for you while you visit the sight and after the stop you will continue your tour on the same bus.
Please note that the entrance fee of the Temppeliaukio Church is not included in tour price. However, the entrance fee to the church is included in the Helsinki Card - as is this Panorama Tour too.
Audio guided in 11 languages – earphones are included
This city tour includes sound effects and commentary in 11 languages. A single-use set of earphones is included in the tour ticket - please remember to leave your used earphones in the designated collection box inside the bus after your tour, we'll make sure that the used earphones will be sorted and recycled appropriately!
