Ateneum is Finland's leading art museum with collections that include art from the 19th century to the modern age. Ateneum houses the country's largest collection of paintings, sculptures and graphics with more than 20,000 works in their collections.
In addition to works by Finnish and Nordic artists such as Akseli Gallen-Kallela and Anders Zorn, there are works of international names such as Paul Cézanne, Marc Chagall and Vincent van Gogh. The museum's domestic and international exhibitions open up new perspectives on the past and the future.
