• A refreshing salad of avocado, melon, tomato and cucumber, served with lukewarm King prawns and a coriander dressing.

• Thai pumpkin soup with Dutch shrimps.
• Soup of ugly vegetables (including bell pepper and carrot).  

Main course

• Slow cooked veal sucade with delicious seasonal vegetables.
• Lasagne of chickpeas with sauteed mushrooms, beets and roasted almonds.
• Tartlet of fried salmon, risotto and marinated courgette with a spicy white wine sauce.

Dessert

• Typical Dutch bread pudding served with a chutney of red fruit and panna cotta.
• Mini cheesecake with a compote of raspberries served with a nut crunch.
