Lars Stålnacke brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with roots in some of Sweden’s most renowned restaurants, such as Operakällaren and Brasserie Lipp. He also spent over 20 years in Åre, where he founded the award-winning Restaurang Tottebo. Since 2000, he has been a key figure in Gothenburg’s restaurant scene, and starting in 2025, he will take over the management of the restaurant onboard M/S Göteborg, a ship he already has strong ties to.
With a focus on the guest experience and a passion for cooking, Lars combines classic fish and seafood dishes with innovative flavors. Onboard, you can enjoy three-course dinners, brunch buffets, and exciting evening menus that reflect the sea and Bohuslän.
