M/S Juno

Classic ship with rich history

Not available

M/S Juno is built at the Motala shipyard and launched in 1874, which makes it the world´s oldest registered cruising ship with overnight accommodation. She has three decks and 29 cabins. The dining room and lounge are located on shelter deck. From the bridge deck you can enjoy the view from the covered aft deck. In 2003 M/S Juno was renovated and all cabins on main deck got rebuilt and also the dining room and lounge were also completely redecorated.

A classic historical beauty

Both the interior and the atmosphere on board reflect the age when the ship was built. In 2004 M/S Juno was listed, meaning that the National Maritime Museums in Sweden consider her historically important. This is an acknowledgment we are proud of, since it gives us a proof that out effort to preserve the ship has succeeded.

Well preserved with beautiful interior details

The cabins are in size comparable to a smaller sleeping compartment on a train, but give the guest an impression of how people once travelled. They are small and cozy and tastefully decorated with beautiful fabrics and brass details. There are shared toilet and shower facilities on each deck.
