If you want to combine panoramic views of Stockholm with some exercise you should head to Hammarbybacken. It’s a manmade hill standing 93 meters above sea level and Stockholm’s most central ski slope, sporting five slopes, two ski lifts and a snow park with jumps and rails. When it’s not covered in snow it’s very popular spot for exercise like interval training and downhill cycling. Take a hike to the top and enjoy panoramic views over Stockholm!

Fredhällsklippan is located on Kungsholmen and is a very popular local swimming spot. From here you can see the island of Reimersholme, Långholmen and Gröndal.
Solstugan is a restaurant with view in Stockholm. Here you can have a coffee or a bite to eat. The restaurant is located at Snoilskyvägen 37 (open May-September). Enjoy the views of Tranebergssundet.

Located on the 8th floor of Hotel Scandic Continental Stockholm, just opposite the central station, you can find roof top bar Capital. From here you have views over Södermalm and Kungsholmen, as well as the City Hall. On a warm evening you can enjoy the outdoor roof terrace, and on colder days there is an inside sky bar. They specialise in continental cocktails, but also offer a wide variety of beer and wine. Open all year around!

The quaint side street Fjällgatan is located on the vibrant and hip island Södermalm, about 30 meters above the Saltsjön bay as it reaches into Stockholm. Here you enjoy a magical view over the bay with the Old Town, Gamla Stan, and Djurgården, the old royal hunting ground, to your left and the way out to the archipelago on your left. Moreover, Fjällgatan itself with its picturesque wooden houses dating back to the 17th century is a unique sight.
