Christmas Buffet on Lake Mälaren & at Birka
The Christmas buffet itself is served in batches - the first part of the Christmas buffet is served on the boat and consists of, among other things, four types of herring, mead-buried salmon, Christmas ham, various kinds of sausages and homemade sourdough bread. The hot Christmas buffet are served and enjoyed later in the evening at Restaurant Särimner at Birka. On board the boat is the dessert buffet which includes sweets such as vegan cake with dates and nuts, Crème brûlée, burnt almonds, and various kinds of Christmas sweets. A Viking-inspired and rustic Christmas buffet.
Guided Torchlight Walk & Fire Show
