The restaurant operations aboard S/S Drottningholm and M/S Prins Carl Philip are led by restaurateurs Alice Ek and Hjalmar Litzén. Together, they possess extensive experience and knowledge in the industry.
Hjalmar Litzén has been a part of the restaurant and bar scene since the 1990s and has not only owned several establishments in Sweden and abroad but also managed well-known venues such as Sjögräs, Andalusiska Hunden, Hemavans Högfjällshotell, and Fiore. Hjalmar is also a restaurateur on Stromma's boats S/S Stockholm and M/S Cinderella II.
Alice Ek has worked on various restaurant boats for many years, both on Stromma's boats and on the Steamship Mariefred. Now, she takes the step to become a restaurateur alongside Hjalmar on two of Stromma's fine restaurant boats in Lake Mälaren.
