The restaurant operations aboard S/S Drottningholm and M/S Prins Carl Philip are led by restaurateurs Alice Ek and Hjalmar Litzén. Together, they possess extensive experience and knowledge in the industry.
Hjalmar Litzén has been a part of the restaurant and bar scene since the 1990s and has not only owned several establishments in Sweden and abroad but also managed well-known venues such as Sjögräs, Andalusiska Hunden, Hemavans Högfjällshotell, and Fiore. Hjalmar is also a restaurateur on Stromma's boats S/S Stockholm and M/S Cinderella II.
Alice Ek has worked on various restaurant boats for many years, both on Stromma's boats and on the Steamship Mariefred. Now, she takes the step to become a restaurateur alongside Hjalmar on two of Stromma's fine restaurant boats in Lake Mälaren.
"Onboard, we will serve delicious classic dishes with influences from the archipelago and modern trends. Of course, we will also prioritize taking care of our guests in the best possible way so they can fully enjoy the food, drinks, and the wonderful views."
