Andreas Clemmedsson and Frida Bozzi have worked at Stromma for many years and have extensive experience in running maritime operations. They jointly manage the restaurant operations on board M/S Östanå I and M/S Angantyr, as well as the MiniBar concept with catering and café services on several of Stromma's transport and sightseeing boats. Andreas has also been involved in launching other operations within Stromma and is something of an entrepreneur.
All food is prepared from scratch on board in the ships' kitchens, with the choice of ingredients guided by season and quality.
"For me, good service and good food are the most important things. The food should be made from quality ingredients and be tasty and well-prepared," says Andreas.
Frida adds that her goal is to ensure everyone enjoys their time on board. "When the staff are content and happy, they do a good job. This has a positive effect on the guests, who get to enjoy both well-prepared food made with love and an engaging and attentive service!"
