How long can I pre-book, and does it cost anything?

There is no general time limit for pre-bookings, and it costs nothing to make a preliminary booking. If we receive another request regarding the same date and boat, we will contact you so that you can make your booking definitive.

What are your cancellation terms?

Our general terms and conditions apply to definitive bookings. They are on the last page of the confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed but only pre-booked, free cancellation applies.

How is the boat's rent charged?

The boat's rent is charged per hour and the time is counted from the home berth and back. Most boats have a home berth at Strandvägen and Nybrokajen. There is a minimum time/cost to rent the boat, this varies depending on the arrangement.

When do I need to announce the number of guests?

The number of guests must be notified no later than 5 working days before the tour. If cancellations are made later, these will be charged. Please note that each vessel has a minimum number for lunch and dinner cruises.

How do I pay for rent and other additional food, beverages, etc.?

Our general terms and conditions contain detailed information regarding rent, food, beverages, etc. You can always contact us with questions and conditions for your booking.

What food is offered onboard?

All food is cooked on board from scratch by the boats' chefs. All Stromma restaurants are KRAV-certified. The menus are available on our website, and you choose a menu for the whole party. The menus can of course be adapted to pre-reported cost deviations and allergies.

Can you arrange special diets/cost deviations and allergies?

The common menu can be adapted to cost deviations and allergies. Information about the number of people and each person's special diet must be emailed to us no later than 5 working days before the event.

When do I last have to decide on the menu and drink?

Orders for food and drinks must be placed no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Selection of beverages onboard?

For the best experience, there are specific beverage recommendations for each dinner menu. It is also possible to choose from our beverages list. The beverage on the beverages list will be charged per bottle opened. We calculate six glasses per bottle for sparkling/champagne and four glasses per bottle for wine.

Are there non-alcoholic options?

In our beverages list, there are several non-alcoholic options. A limited range of non-alcoholic beverages, for example, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, is always on board and does not need to be pre-ordered for single people.

What is included in the recommended beverage packages?

A glass for the starter, a glass with a refill for the main course, and a glass of dessert wine.

Is it possible to bring my own drinks/food onboard?

You can bring your own drinks and food on some of our transport and mingling boats. However, this does not apply to our restaurant boats.

Can the boat be decorated?

We are happy to help with the ordering of birches for leafing the boat. Price varies depending on the boat and the number of birches. For decorations in the dining room/Salon, it is possible to arrange this on your own.

Can I book a guide?

We can help with guides who guide in Swedish, English, and other languages. A guided tour with an authorized Stockholm guide for up to 3 hours costs SEK 2,900 + VAT. 

Is it possible to book entertainment onboard?

We cooperate with the artist agency Artisttorget. Please let us know your wishes and we will help to find suitable entertainment such as music entertainment, DJ, troubadour, etc.

Can I bring my own entertainment?

Own entertainment is fine, please note that PA systems are NOT on board and need to be brought.

Can I play music from a playlist on board?

It is possible on most boats, but contact us to make sure it works on your vessel.

Is there a microphone onboard?

Microphones are available on all boats. On some of the boats, the microphone is placed in the captain's wheelhouse where you can’t see your guests. Contact us to find out what applies to your vessel.

Is it possible to bring a wheelchair / stroller onboard?

In general, our boats are not accessible. Contact us and we will tell you what opportunities there are for our different vessels.
