Aeroseum is located 30 meters below ground near Säve Airport and was originally built by Göta Flygflottilj (F9). Today it is a fascinating museum that exhibits aircraft from the Cold War, but also modern aircraft, helicopters and other flying machines.
Aeroseum is an experience-based activity center, and visitors are encouraged to interactively participate in the exhibitions: virtual fly, as well as building and restoring old aircraft and helicopters. Aeroseum is a place for the whole family and especially for those who love technology and science.
At Aeroseum there are many exhibitions that you can enjoy all year round. Here you can learn more about the Cold War, why it started, the policy of the past and important facts. Here are several different exhibitions that reflect war from different angles, you can visit exhibitions about Stasi, Spies and the Atomic Bomb.
