The success of last year's Christmas returns. Gothenburg's Youth Choir will once again perform classic Christmas carols on board a Paddan boat in the moat. The choir sings Christmas songs while the boat slowly glides over the water. The canal's harmonious ripples and the light from the city creates a magical Christmas atmosphere you cannot miss out on!

Is a visit to Liseberg's Christmas market a Christmas tradition of yours? Completely understandable! The amusement park sparkles around Christmas and the atmosphere is fantastic. At Liseberg you can look for the perfect Christmas present among the market stalls, ride one of the attractions, lace up your skates and enjoy the ice or join the rabbit Julius’s skating adventure. Taking a walk past Gothenburg's splendid and beautifully lit Christmas tree on Gustav Adolf's square is a must around Christmas. On Saturday 27 November, the 17-meter-high red spruce tree that this year comes from the Seglora area outside Borås, will be lit. It will then decorate the square until Saint Knut's day.
